CTIA is keenly interested in making this cost-sharing spectrum clearinghouse increasingly functional for licensees and incumbents. To this end, we are committed to providing our user community with a voice and the ability to participate directly in CTIA Spectrum Clearinghouse issues through our Advisory Panel, which will help influence the progress and growth of the CTIA Spectrum Clearinghouse. Affected licensees are eligible to occupy one (1) seat on the Advisory Panel.

In addition to this panel, we also anticipate establishing one or more Working Groups to focus on and address specific issues that impede the progress of the cost-sharing process. The primary objective of the Working Groups is to focus on a specific domain, issue, or topic, and bring findings, results, and deliverables back to the Advisory Panel for consideration. Working Groups will be created to address a specific problem and are expected to be short-lived in nature. The Advisory Panel will meet at regular intervals and provide recommendations on policy and procedures directly to the CTIA Spectrum Clearinghouse Board of Directors.
