Why should I create a CTIASpectrumClearinghouse.org account?
In order to participate in the cost-sharing of incumbent relocations at the CTIA Spectrum Clearinghouse, your company will be required to register and create an on-line account. Your use of the on-line cost-sharing tool will be governed by the terms and conditions of CTIA Clearinghouse Registration Agreement, which must be fully, executed prior to your account being activated.
Are there any special conditions I should consider when establishing my User Name?
Yes. User Names must between 3 and 10 characters and cannot contain special characters (space, ", ', etc.).
Are there any special conditions I should consider when establishing my password?
Yes. Your password must be exactly 8 characters long and is case-sensitive. Please do not enter accented characters, and it must include at least 2 letters as well as 1 number. Your password can not contain your username nor contain your username spelled backwards. We do not allow commonly used unsecured passwords such as "password". And, you can not reuse a password previously selected. If you forget your password, please contact info@ctiaspectrumclearinghouse.org.
How often will I be required to change my password?
Registered users will be prompted to change their password every 90 days.
What should I do if I forgot my User Name or password?
In either situation where you forgot your User Name and/or password, you should send an e-mail to info@ctiaspectrumclearinghouse.org.
If my company has multiple FRNs, which one should I use?
In this situation, you are free to choose the FRN you would like to cost-share under at the CTIA Spectrum Clearinghouse. Regardless of which one you choose, it should be used consistently for cost-sharing purposes. Suggestion: If you are an AWS licensee, The CTIA Spectrum Clearinghouse would like to suggest that you create your account using the FRN associated with your AWS license(s).
If my company falls into multiple classifications of affected licensees, how do I select more than one?
In this situation, you would create the initial account selecting one of the appropriate classifications. Once access has been granted to the on-line application, you would then add the second. From "My Clearinghouse" page under the Administration section, click on "Account Information". At the bottom of this page, click on "Update Account". You then can select the second appropriate classification.
Does the CTIA Spectrum Clearinghouse allow entities to establish multiple users of their on-line cost-sharing application?
Yes. After creating a primary account, you can add sub-users to it. A sub-user can perform the same functions as the primary account, however, only the primary account holder, the original user that registers its company, can create or remove sub-users from the account.
What is the purpose of a sub-user?
A sub-user can be created for an account and allowed to perform cost-sharing functions as the primary account user. Sub-users do not have permission rights to update account information, add or remove other sub-users or to view billing information.
Can I change or update my CTIASpectrumClearinghouse.org account information?
Yes, it's a simple process. Once you have successfully logged into the on-line tool, the user will navigate from "My Clearinghouse" page to the "Account Information" page. From there, the user would simply click on the "Update Account Information" icon, make the necessary changes, then click on the "Update Account" icon.
